The retail price of each item displayed on our website includes V.A.T. but excludes delivery. Delivery charges apply to each delivery address. Multiple items being delivered to the same address will only occur one delivery charge. The delivery charge applied depends on the location of the delivery address from our shop and the chosen time of day. We cover an area of around 10 miles from our shop.

Due to the volume of traffic on the roads it is not always possible to deliver something at an exact time in the day. We would ask you to be realistic in your request and allow sufficient time. Remember the item has to be created first after you have ordered it before we can deliver it.
Our flower delivery service is available from Monday-Saturday. We regret the fact that Sunday deliveries are not available (except Christmas Eve, Valentines Day and Mothering Sunday.) Any orders placed stating a Sunday date will automatically default to the Saturday before the Sunday date given.
